Basaer Center for Communities Education is an Educational Society dedicated to the betterment of the Expat Communities in the Kngdom of Bahrain. It draws its strength and guidance from the Holy Qur'an and the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad, may the peace and blessings of Allah be bestowed upon him.
The primary mission of the Centr is to provide a focus of Educational activities for the Expat Communities living in the kingdom of Bahrain, in order for them to organize the religious, educational, and social life of their community in light of the Islamic teachings and traditions.
It enables them to make positive, effective, and organized contributions towards the well being and enhancement of the social and cultural environment in which they live.

We organise events throughout the kingdom to improve the understanding of the Islamic beliefs and practices, Islamic teachings, Islamic information, Islamic knowledge. This includes running educational classes, week end activities for all age groups and gender, organizing special events, Seminars, Exhibhitions & Community awareness programs.

Bahrain Culture & Civilization
History of Islam in Bahrain:
Bahrain is very proud of the fact that it is the first territory outside the mainland of the Arabian Peninsula to accept and embrace Islam. Bahrain was known as Awal Islands in the pre-Islamic age of idolatry.
The name was derived from the pagan idol worshipped by the Wael Tribe who along with the whole of Arabia had sunken into moral decline and decay. At this critical juncture in history, Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of God be upon him) appeared in Makkah in the 7th century CE and called the people to the worship of the Creator, the One true God of all humanity.
He united the rich with the poor, the light skinned and the dark skinned, and the Arabs with the non-Arabs. He called the people to prayer, almsgiving, fasting, justice for all, liberation of women and freedom for slaves. Al-Ala’a Al-Hadhrami arrived in Bahrain in the eighth year of the Islamic calendar with a letter from Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of God be upon him) to the king of Bahrain, Al-Mundhir ibn* Sawa At-Tameemi, inviting him to accept Islam. The king consulted with the heads of the tribes and most of them agreed to accept the Prophet’s invitation and consequently embraced Islam.

அரேபிய தீபகற்பத்திற்கு வெளியே இஸ்லாமைத் தழுவிய நாடுகளில் முதன்மையானது! இஸ்லாமின் வருகைக்கு முன்னர் சிலை வணக்க கலாச்சாரத்தைக் கொண்ட இப்பகுதியின் புராதன காலத்துப் பெயர் அவால் தீவுகள் என்பதாகும்! அவால் என்பது இங்கு வசித்திருந்த வாஇல் என்ற அறியாமைக்கால பழங்குடிமக்களால் வணங்கப்பட்ட சிலையின் பெயராகும். நபிகள் நாயகம் அவர்கள் தமது தூதுத்துவ பிரச்சாரத்தை மேற்கொண்ட காலகட்டத்தில் அரேபியர்களிடத்தில் இருந்த அறியாமைப் பழக்கவழக்கங்கள் இந்நாட்டு மக்களிடமும் இருந்தது.
அறியாமை இருளை அகற்றி நேர்வழியின் ஒளியுடன் சத்தியத் தூதராக வந்த இறைதூதர் முஹம்மத் (ஸல்) அவர்கள் பஹ்ரைன் நாட்டுக்கும் இஸ்லாமின் செய்தியை எத்தி வைத்தார்கள். நபிகள் நாயகத்தின் தூதுவராக அலா அல்ஹள்ரமி (ரழி) அன்றைய பஹ்ரைன் மன்னர் முன்திர் இப்னு ஸவா இடத்தில் அனுப்பி வைக்கப்பட்டார். அந்த கடிதத்தின் கல்வெட்டு பஹ்ரைன் தேசிய அருங்காட்சியகத்தில் பொறிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. பஹ்ரைன் நாட்டு மன்னர் முன்திர் தமது பிரமுகர்களுடன் கலந்தாலோசித்த பின்னர் நபியின் அழைப்பை ஏற்றுக்கொண்டார். இவ்வாறு பஹ்ரைனிலும் இஸ்லாமின் ஒளி வீசியது.
